Made-in-Italy footwear is prestigious for its design, quality and fine techniques, and Italian leather art is highly appreciated all over the world. The main purpose of this course is to expand the students’ knowledge and skills in leather art to additional areas and to prepare them to assume more advanced positions in the field. Through a high-level hands-on training, students will learn the basic constructions of shoes and how to design fashion and casual types, starting from the ideation of the concept until the creation of their own collections.
