Would learning some accounting concepts make your job easier? If so, consider this program from IESE Business School. With the Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers course, you will learn how management decisions affect resources and profitability in order to make business decisions based on the numbers. Study balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements and learn how to analyze cash flow forecast and interim results.

This intensive program is offered in Barcelona over a period of five days and is aimed at both managers and directors. It provides a comprehensive understanding of basic finance and accounting principles and is recommended for anyone who would like to know how to make a financial diagnosis in order to generate cash flow and understand operating and financial risks.

This courses applies an active methodology, allowing managers to abstract from their daily reality, deepen their knowledge, analyze and challenge the program through lectures, individual study and teamwork. Students will work with the case method, which involves a real business situation. Using what they have learned, participants will analyze, strategize and implement the decisions they feel are best in order to achieve success.
