Global Leadership MBA

In today's fast-changing environment, our one-year program is a highly demanding learning process that equips you with the knowledge and skills required for top management positions. The Global Leadership MBA program emphasizes integral formation of Balanced Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility.
The Global Leadership MBA does not require any specific prior experience in the areas covered. Subjects are introduced progressively so as to be accessible to students from varying academic backgrounds. During the courses, lectures are held from 9am to 1pm from Monday to Friday. Students are encouraged to use afternoons and evenings for teamwork, research projects, preparing cases, consulting databases and reference materials.

Although each university offers MBA and many other graduate programs they have come together to offer an unparalleled Global Leadership MBA program.

Currently the Global Network of Universities serves more than 20,000 students including over 2,000 graduate students and an alumni of more than 50,000 leaders. 500 full time faculty lecture and conduct research. State-of-the-art research centers offer executive education and applied scholarly research in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, family business, social responsibility, microfinance, small and medium enterprise, as well as international logistics, tourism management, media and communication management, environmental management, economic and industry forecasting, international economic and financial standards, leadership and ethics.

• The Management Institute of Paris is situated in Paris, France. (2 months)
• The Francisco de Vitoria University is situated in Madrid, Spain. (2 months)
• The University of Sacramento will conduct its courses in New York, USA. (4 months)
• Business Study field trip to Asia. (Jerusalem or Seul) (1 week) (optional)

The Global Leadership MBA strives to instill a new business attitude in our students, creating leaders who are skilled, balanced and who have vision with integrity. Corporations today need to master a business world of constant changes and of new challenges.

And while traditional MBA programs mainly focus on giving future leaders the best tools and techniques to tackle these challenges, the acceleration of change leads to an increasingly urgent need to reinforce all fields of human capability, including leadership and ethical dimensions.
The Global Leadership MBA teaches students to understand the impact of new technologies and reinvent business practices. We foster a balanced development of business skills, leadership mindset and ethical behavior to improve the effectiveness of individual, team, and corporate regions: The United States of America, Europe and Latin America. The program begins the first four-month period in Latin America. The second four-month period is taught in the USA and the third four-month period is taught in Europe. A one week business study field trip to Asia is optional.
