Temario

The objective of the course is to enhance the knowledge and skill levels of staff already involved in the recruitment process; this includes specific skills in competency-based interviewing. Key development requirements include the participants having:
❖a practical understanding of the use of competencies in the recruitment process
❖being able to design a competency based interview framework in line with the recruitment process
❖understanding the importance of pre-interview preparation
❖in an assessment / interview, being able to recognise and assess evidence of required competencies
❖take effective notes during the interview
❖be able to evaluate and report on the outcomes of the assessment process
