I participated in some courses like Agrimonitor to ascertain or rather build my knowledge or scope in Agriculture. My participation was not necessarily to obtain a certificate but more for fun and keeping abreast with Agriculture and Agriculture research. This builds my capacity and understanding so as to better share or relate experiences or ideas to stakeholders and colleagues. Also it builds my skills in reading and even writing a good report. In addition ,the wide and in-depth content of these courses allowed me to better able to coordinate and facilitate farming programs and training in various communities assigned to me.
