Por esta raz\u00f3n existen diferentes tipos de gastronom\u00eda \u00a1Sigue leyendo y ent\u00e9rate cuales son los\u00a0<strong>tipos de gastronom\u00eda\u00a0<\/strong><u>que existen <\/u>y en qu\u00e9 corrientes se desarrollan!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>La ecogastronom\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de comida, selecciona los ingredientes seg\u00fan su estado de preservaci\u00f3n en el medio ambiente. Por lo que su principal objetivo es dejar a un lado la comida r\u00e1pida y poco ecol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El slow food<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fundado por el italiano Carlo Petrini, el slow food m\u00e1s que un tipo de gastronom\u00eda, es un movimiento que busca salvaguardar las tradiciones culinarias de cada lugar, defendiendo la utilizaci\u00f3n de ingredientes org\u00e1nicos y promoviendo el consumo del producto local.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La gastronom\u00eda molecular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte la gastronom\u00eda molecular, tal como su nombre lo indica, aplica la ciencia en la elaboraci\u00f3n de las comidas. Para esto recurre a nuevas tecnolog\u00edas e innovadoras preparaciones, que dan como resultado un nuevo fen\u00f3meno gastron\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El localtarianismo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El localtarianismo o tambi\u00e9n conocido como locavorismo, busca incrementar el consumo de alimentos que se encuentren a menos de 400 kil\u00f3metros de distancia.
