Las predicciones de los analistas apuntan a un mundo post-covid con una <\/span><b>sociedad diferente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, marcada por el distanciamiento social y <\/span><b>apalancada por la digitalizaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con nuevas oportunidades para la humanidad. Un <\/span><b>cambio acelerado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de los puestos de trabajo tradicionales con rob\u00f3tica e Inteligencia Artificial, transformaci\u00f3n digital, reubicaci\u00f3n de la industria y adaptaci\u00f3n a la conectividad global para trabajar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Industria 4.0 y sociedad 5.0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de plantear los cambios que ha tra\u00eddo la pandemia en la sociedad es importante que conozcas en qu\u00e9 consiste la industria 4.0 y las sociedades que interact\u00faan en ella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la historia de la humanidad, hemos atravesado 3 revoluciones diferentes que han marcado el estilo de vida y las conductas de interacci\u00f3n entre seres humanos. La primera, el siglo XVIII, en la cual se sustituy\u00f3 la <\/span><b>fuerza f\u00edsica humana y animal por el vapor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La segunda, un siglo m\u00e1s tarde, representada por Henry Ford en el mundo de la automoci\u00f3n. Sirvi\u00f3 de ejemplo a otras industrias en c\u00f3mo hacer accesible el <\/span><b>consumo en masa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La tercera revoluci\u00f3n, se dio hace m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os con la <\/span><b>invenci\u00f3n de los ordenadores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la interacci\u00f3n en casa y puestos de trabajo con estos aparatos como herramientas facilitadoras de las tareas. Y finalmente, llegamos a la era actual, en donde se desarrolla la cuarta <\/span><b>revoluci\u00f3n, la de los datos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o la <\/span><b>industria 4.0.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Esta nueva revoluci\u00f3n consta de 3 caracter\u00edsticas principales:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sensores y alertas:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El mundo cada vez est\u00e1 m\u00e1s conectado. Existen sensores que detectan movimiento, sonido, luz, cambios de temperatura\u2026y todos ellos, arrojan informaci\u00f3n y alertas de lo que sucede alrededor para que se monitoricen, procesen y se tomen acciones ante los datos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Almacenamiento masivo<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>:<\/strong> La tecnolog\u00eda ha avanzado lo suficiente para que la capacidad de recolecci\u00f3n de datos sea posible de una forma extensiva, a un bajo coste y accesible desde cualquier punto en la nube.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Inteligencia Artificial (IA):<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una vez obtenida la informaci\u00f3n, esta herramienta permite extraer grandes cantidades de informaci\u00f3n, procesarla y darle un uso en la vida diaria. Una herramienta casi tan potente como el cerebro humano, pero a mayor escala.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la <\/span><b>industria 4.0,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la generaci\u00f3n de conocimiento de los humanos se realiza con ayuda de la tecnolog\u00eda y la <\/span><b>sociedad 5.0,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> utiliza el conocimiento adquirido en la creaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas, herramientas y programas que dotan con Inteligencia Artificial para facilitar la vida en servicio de la humanidad.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El avance exponencial de la tecnolog\u00eda (Inteligencia Artificial, Big Data, Rob\u00f3tica, Deep Learning, Machine Learning) est\u00e1 generando una nueva era de la automatizaci\u00f3n, abarcando las competencias humanas incluyendo las cognitivas y desarrollando esa <\/span><b>Sociedad 5.0, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donde tendr\u00e1 cabida de una manera<\/span><b> m\u00e1s eficiente <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estos nuevos avances tecnol\u00f3gicos. La nueva sociedad, ser\u00e1 el ecosistema que proporcionar\u00e1 la <\/span><b>sostenibilidad <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en todos los planos -econ\u00f3mico, ambiental, social y pol\u00edtico-, centr\u00e1ndose en el individuo y en la creaci\u00f3n de valor.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aceleraci\u00f3n en la construcci\u00f3n de la Sociedad 5.0&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se ha demostrado hist\u00f3ricamente que el <\/span><b>Producto Interno Bruto (PIB)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de todas las regiones del mundo ha tenido un crecimiento significativo durante los momentos que han tenido lugar las 4 revoluciones industriales. Cada regi\u00f3n ha reflejado este cambio a su ritmo, pero al final ha representado un cambio econ\u00f3mico exponencial positivo para todas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este cambio inesperado de estilo de vida a causa del Covid-19 ha supuesto una <\/span><b>oportunidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enorme para alcanzar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente esa <\/span><b>sociedad 5.0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, gracias a que las empresas han acelerado su proceso de <\/span><b>transformaci\u00f3n digital<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, especialmente en el sector de servicios. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas han invertido en <\/span><b>hardware y ancho de banda <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m\u00e1s potentes. Los trabajadores han estudiado c\u00f3mo usar <\/span><b>software colaborativo,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a acceder a <\/span><b>bases de datos remotas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y a participar en <\/span><b>reuniones virtuales,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mientras que los gerentes han aprendido a <\/span><b>administrar equipos virtualmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del trabajo (OIT), se estima que entre el 40 y el 70% de los empleados en los EE. UU. y Europa han trabajado desde sus hogares debido a la pandemia. El incentivo al teletrabajo es una se\u00f1al positiva de que las <\/span><b>inversiones humanas, f\u00edsicas y organizacionales no van a desaparecer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y es sin duda un dato sin precedente hist\u00f3rico en la humanidad.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aparte del teletrabajo, a continuaci\u00f3n, te planteamos otras razones catalizadoras de la aceleraci\u00f3n industria 4.0 y sociedad 5.0 durante el confinamiento:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ganancias mutuas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora que el teletrabajo es factible para una gran parte de la fuerza laboral, las empresas se han dado cuenta de que realizando parte del trabajo remoto optimizan sus procesos.
