Cada vez que nos desplazamos por el agua necesitamos realizar brazadas y patadas constantemente y por esta raz\u00f3n se requiere ox\u00edgeno en el cuerpo, para ello, debemos realizar algunos ejercicios para entrenar nuestros pulmones.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Ahora te estar\u00e1s preguntando, \u00bfC\u00f3mo debemos respirar cuando practicamos la nataci\u00f3n? Bueno, en este art\u00edculo te ayudaremos a desarrollar las t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n durante el nado, aunque tambi\u00e9n puedes aprenderlos a profundidad y de una forma profesional con nuestro Curso Entrenador Superior de Nataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consejos para mejorar la respiraci\u00f3n al nadar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El entrenamiento te ayudar\u00e1 a respirar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, profundo y eficiente. Mientras m\u00e1s practiques los ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n podr\u00e1s nadar mejor, obteniendo un alto rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>C\u00f3mo respirar en el agua<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando nades, siempre debes respirar a trav\u00e9s de la boca. Por medio de una exhalaci\u00f3n completa vac\u00edas todo el aire de los pulmones, haciendo que la inhalaci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s efectiva. Esta exhalaci\u00f3n dura de dos a tres veces m\u00e1s que la inhalaci\u00f3n. La inhalaci\u00f3n y la exhalaci\u00f3n deben estar sincronizadas con los movimientos de brazo y pierna ya sea para brazada de pecho, mariposa o espalda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aguantar la respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de dar inicio a cualquier actividad acu\u00e1tica, es importante que realices los ejercicios bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de un entrenador o en compa\u00f1\u00eda de otra persona que tenga conocimiento en el tema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora deber\u00e1s contener la respiraci\u00f3n y luego sumergir tu cabeza bajo el agua. Debes esperar unos segundos manteniendo esta posici\u00f3n y luego lev\u00e1ntate. Si lo deseas, puedes realizar este proceso cinco veces en cada entrenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Inhalaci\u00f3n y exhalaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo primero que debes saber es que en el agua respiramos a la inversa de cuando nos ejercitamos en tierra, es decir, debes inhalar por la boca para recoger m\u00e1s ox\u00edgeno y exhalar gradual y constantemente el aire por la nariz hasta vaciar los pulmones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/cursos-escuela-europea-del-deporte-cen-1136987.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"220\" height=\"147\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/escuela-europea-del-deporte.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-96121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/escuela-europea-del-deporte.png 220w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/escuela-europea-del-deporte-80x53.png 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 220px) 100vw, 220px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Para llevar a cabo este ejercicio deber\u00e1s sostenerte en el borde de la piscina y sumergirte hasta que los hombros est\u00e9n a la altura de la superficie del agua. Despu\u00e9s de esto deber\u00e1s inhalar profundamente por la boca y sumergir tu cabeza en el agua luego podr\u00e1s vaciar todo el aire contenido en los pulmones soplando levemente por la nariz para finalmente regresar a tu posici\u00f3n inicial. Puedes repetir este ejercicio 10 a 20 veces respirando por la nariz y por la boca simult\u00e1neamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Respiraci\u00f3n en crol o estilo libre<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacando lo menos posible la cabeza del agua, recogemos el aire en la direcci\u00f3n del brazo que se encuentre levantado realizando la brazada; luego, lo expulsamos cuando nuestra cabeza est\u00e9 bajo el agua. Repetimos el proceso con la periodicidad que elijamos, por ejemplo, cada dos brazadas. Ten en cuenta que la respiraci\u00f3n no se hace nunca hacia el frente sino hacia los lados para mantener la coordinaci\u00f3n y velocidad, adem\u00e1s debes mantener la mirada hacia en fondo de la piscina para alinearse con el cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sabes que si eres principiante debes comenzar con el paso m\u00e1s importante que es perder el miedo para luego realizar los ejercicios b\u00e1sicos de respiraci\u00f3n.
