Se ingiere principalmente en forma de sacarosa, m\u00e1s conocida como az\u00facar com\u00fan, esta es una mol\u00e9cula formada por glucosa y fructosa que, al ser ingerida, se divide en dos dentro del intestino. Existe tambi\u00e9n otra posible fuente de fructosa que es el sorbitol, un edulcorante que produce este az\u00facar al ser metabolizado por el organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se presenta un problema en la absorci\u00f3n o metabolizaci\u00f3n de la fructosa por las c\u00e9lulas intestinales, es cuando surge la <strong>intolerancia intestinal a la fructosa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta la malabsorci\u00f3n de la fructosa?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El consumo de fructosa es una situaci\u00f3n muy com\u00fan y ha ido aumentando eventualmente a causa de los productos <em>light. <\/em>Su consumo es saludable s\u00f3lo si es a trav\u00e9s de la ingesta de frutas secas. Sin embargo, el zumo y otros productos procesados como mermeladas, jaleas o reposter\u00eda, pueden desencadenar graves consecuencias en la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De no ser absorbida adecuadamente, la fructosa pasar\u00e1 del intestino delgado al grueso y aqu\u00ed las bacterias intestinales la fermentan, lo cual genera liberaci\u00f3n de gases y diversas molestias intestinales como diarrea, malestar abdominal, n\u00e1useas, hinchaz\u00f3n, entre otras. &nbsp;Otros s\u00edntomas asociados pueden ser cansancio y depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacidad de absorci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 valorarse por separado, ya que la malabsorci\u00f3n de la fructosa tambi\u00e9n depende de la cantidad y concentraci\u00f3n ingerida por cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentos que contienen fructosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, mencionaremos el contenido de fructosa de los principales alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/cursos-instituto-europeo-quimica-fisica-biologia-ieqfb-cen-1155074.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/logo_-Instituto-Europeo-de-Quimica-Fisica-y-Biologia-IEFQB.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-113844\" width=\"213\" height=\"114\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/logo_-Instituto-Europeo-de-Quimica-Fisica-y-Biologia-IEFQB.png 842w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/logo_-Instituto-Europeo-de-Quimica-Fisica-y-Biologia-IEFQB-80x43.png 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frutas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las frutas con menor contenido de fructosa son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La papaya, el coco, el albaricoque, las chufas, el aguacate y la lima: 1g por 100g de alimento.<\/li><li>Ciruelas, naranja, mel\u00f3n, grosella roja, pi\u00f1a, fresa, melocot\u00f3n, mandarina, nectarina, pomelo, mora y frambuesa: 1g y 3g.<\/li><li>Mango, kiwi, ar\u00e1ndanos, pl\u00e1tano, membrillo, guayaba, sand\u00eda y zumo de naranja o pi\u00f1a: Un contenido medio entre 3g y 5g.<\/li><li>Cerezas, manzana, pera, uva, ciruela, caquis y frutas desecadas como higos, d\u00e1tiles, pasas, entre otros: contenido superior a los 5g.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verduras y legumbres<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Berenjena, calabac\u00edn, coliflor, jud\u00eda verde, coles, tomate, zanahoria, puerro, calabaza y tomate: contienen por lo general entre 1g y 3g de fructosa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frutos secos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Almendras, casta\u00f1as, pi\u00f1ones, avellanas y cacahuetes: incorporan aproximadamente 1g por 100g.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Farin\u00e1ceos y alimentos proteicos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los cereales, la pasta, los huevos, carnes y pescados y los derivados del pan contienen muy poca fructosa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Otros alimentos con fructosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, los productos procesados como los cereales azucarados, dulces de membrillo, la jalea real, miel, mermelada, bebidas azucaradas, etc., cuentan con un alto nivel de fructosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c1mbito de estudio:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Estudiar Biolog\u00eda<\/li><li>Estudiar Biotecnolog\u00eda<\/li><li>Estudiar Ciencias Ambientales<\/li><li>Estudiar F\u00edsica<\/li><li>Estudiar Laboratorio Cl\u00ednico<\/li><li>Estudiar Qu\u00edmica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe pareci\u00f3 interesante este art\u00edculo?
