Utilizar las estrategias y t\u00e9cnicas que nos sean \u00fatiles para manejar lo que sentimos. Para ello, el primer paso es <strong>ser consciente<\/strong> de nuestras emociones. Es decir, <strong>saber reconocer<\/strong> cuando estamos ansiosos, contentos o tristes, <strong>aceptarlo y ayudarnos de las t\u00e9cnicas<\/strong> que nos resulten m\u00e1s efectivas para gestionar toda esa carga emocional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-gestionar-las-emociones-4-tecnicas-efectivas\">C\u00f3mo gestionar las emociones: 4 t\u00e9cnicas efectivas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ven\u00edamos diciendo que hay t\u00e9cnicas que nos ayudan a manejar las emociones. Obviamente, a cada uno le pueden funcionar unas o tras, pero a modo de ejemplo. Si quieres saber c\u00f3mo gestionar las emociones de forma efectiva, toma nota de estos <strong>ejercicios de gesti\u00f3n emocional:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Practicar la respiraci\u00f3n profunda<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La respiraci\u00f3n profunda es una forma estupenda de <strong>relajarse <\/strong>y gestionar las emociones. Te ayuda a ser m\u00e1s consciente de tus sentimientos y puede ayudarte a <strong>reducir el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Escribir un diario<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Plasmar en un papel lo que pensamos y sentimos es una t\u00e1ctica muy \u00fatil para <strong>procesar y liberar emociones<\/strong>.
