La falta de higiene, la contaminaci\u00f3n del instrumental m\u00e9dico o el uso de ciertos f\u00e1rmacos son algunos de sus principales desencadenantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>prevenci\u00f3n de las enfermedades nosocomiales<\/strong> es una prioridad para los profesionales de enfermer\u00eda, ya que su control puede marcar la diferencia entre una recuperaci\u00f3n exitosa o una complicaci\u00f3n de mayor gravedad. Por ello, es importante contar con una buena <strong>formaci\u00f3n de auxiliar de enfermer\u00eda<\/strong>, como la que ofrecen en<strong> Escuela de Postgrado de Medicina y Sanidad<\/strong>, para poder prevenir y tratar este tipo de patolog\u00edas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-es-una-enfermedad-nosocomial\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una enfermedad nosocomial?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una enfermedad nosocomial es la <strong>infecci\u00f3n que se produce al recibir asistencia sanitaria <\/strong>en un centro hospitalario. Las enfermedades nosocomiales son muchas y muy variadas en funci\u00f3n de los factores que las desencadenan:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enfermedades-nosocomiales-respiratorias\">Enfermedades nosocomiales respiratorias&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las infecciones respiratorias son una de las enfermedades nosocomiales m\u00e1s frecuentes. Estas se producen por las bacterias que se encuentran en el aire y algunos ejemplos de ello son la <strong>neumon\u00eda, la bronquitis y la tuberculosis<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enfermedades-nosocomiales-del-tracto-urinario\">Enfermedades nosocomiales del tracto urinario<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las infecciones del tracto urinario son otra de las enfermedades nosocomiales m\u00e1s comunes. Estas infecciones se producen por bacterias que se encuentran en la orina, como la <strong>cistitis<\/strong> y la <strong>uretritis<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enfermedades-nosocomiales-de-la-piel\">Enfermedades nosocomiales de la piel&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las infecciones dermatol\u00f3gicas se producen por bacterias que se encuentran en la piel, como el <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em> y el <em>Streptococcus pyogen, <\/em>las cuales pueden provocar problemas cut\u00e1neos como el <strong>imp\u00e9tigo<\/strong> o las <strong>heridas infectadas.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enfermedades-nosocomiales-del-torrente-sanguineo\">Enfermedades nosocomiales del torrente sangu\u00edneo&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas se producen por bacterias que se encuentran en la sangre, como el <em>Staphylococcus aureus<\/em> y el <em>Streptococcus pyogenes<\/em>, las que pueden causar infecciones graves como la <strong>sepsis<\/strong>, por ejemplo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enfermedades-nosocomiales-gastrointestinales\">Enfermedades nosocomiales gastrointestinales&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas enfermedades se producen por la ingesta de <strong>alimentos contaminados<\/strong> con bacterias, virus o par\u00e1sitos.
