Cuando hay personas negativas en el grupo e ideas que no sirven al equipo, puede causar mucho <strong>estr\u00e9s y ansiedad<\/strong>. La negatividad puede extenderse como un reguero de p\u00f3lvora, provocando una<strong> disminuci\u00f3n general de la calidad del trabajo<\/strong> o, lo que es peor,<strong> un aumento de los conflictos laborales entre los miembros.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante que todos los miembros de un equipo sean conscientes de lo que dicen y hacen cuando interact\u00faan entre s\u00ed. Esto significa tener conciencia de c\u00f3mo sus <strong>palabras y acciones <\/strong>pueden afectar a los dem\u00e1s dentro del grupo, as\u00ed como ser <strong>consciente de los posibles conflictos entre los miembros<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las ideas son<strong> herramientas poderosas <\/strong>para construir equipos de \u00e9xito; sin embargo, algunas ideas pueden ser perjudiciales si no se alinean con los objetivos o la declaraci\u00f3n de misi\u00f3n del equipo.
