Una renovaci\u00f3n del modelo de RRHH focalizado en atraer, retener el talento y formarlo de acuerdo al lenguaje de la entidad, aspecto clave para las empresas que quieran mejorar su productividad y dar un salto cualitativo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esa recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la que se habla y que vislumbran los expertos, vendr\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada de <strong>una nueva gesti\u00f3n del capital humano<\/strong> del que disponen las empresas. Las nuevas altas laborales ser\u00e1n \u2018lentas, pero seguras\u2019. Aspectos como la <strong>formaci\u00f3n continua e interna<\/strong>, pasar\u00e1n a ser una prioridad para los departamentos de RRHH. Esto permitir\u00e1 proporcionar un aprendizaje acorde a las necesidades de cada organizaci\u00f3n y, por tanto, <strong>mejorar\u00e1 la empleabilidad<\/strong> de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes. Pero este lavado de cara de la metodolog\u00eda de recursos humanos no acaba ah\u00ed: los responsables de este \u00e1mbito en las grandes empresas est\u00e1n de acuerdo en que las entidades se tienen que convertir paulatinamente en organizaciones modernas, flexibles, \u00e1giles y abiertas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RRHH 3.0: Hacia un modelo digitalizado que potencie la \u2018inteligencia colectiva\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La era de los Recursos Humanos 2.0 se centraba en adoptar con \u00e9xito los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos. La creaci\u00f3n de <strong>un nuevo paradigma empresarial <\/strong>que reestructure la relaci\u00f3n de empleados y \u2018l\u00edderes\u2019 e implemente nuevas f\u00f3rmulas como <strong>los espacios de \u2018coworking\u2019<\/strong> o la <strong>educaci\u00f3n e-learning<\/strong> adaptada a la entidad mediante\u00a0 cursos y master a distancia, son aspectos claves y diferenciales para conseguirlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajadores <strong>son el coraz\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas<\/strong>, por tanto, es b\u00e1sico formarlos de acuerdo a los intereses e idiosincrasia de la empresa, lo que har\u00e1 aumentar de forma exponencial su <strong>productividad<\/strong>.
