En Pilates la respiraci\u00f3n es intercostal y diafragm\u00e1tica.<\/li>\n<li><u>Fluidez:<\/u>\u201cSe concibe para agilizar y estirar los m\u00fasculos y los ligamentos\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen 2 modalidades b\u00e1sicas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pilates suelo<\/li>\n<li>Pilates m\u00e1quina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pilates suelo es m\u00e1s exigente pues con las m\u00e1quinas aislamos el movimiento, por lo que se recomendar\u00e1 para personas que acaban de iniciar o quieren iniciarse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy en d\u00eda, con todo lo que avanza d\u00eda a d\u00eda las ciencias del ejercicio f\u00edsico, cada vez se ven m\u00e1s implementos para realizar estos tipos de ejercicios, por lo que la variedad de ejercicios de pilates se va ampliando poco a poco aunque siempre manteniendo\u00a0 sus principios b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<p>Es recomendable para las personas que quieren hacer\u00a0 ejercicio, mejorar la postura, aprender a respirar, ganar movilidad articular y fortalecer el core y la espalda, sin duda esta es tu modalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero, \u00bfes efectivo \u00a0el m\u00e9todo pilates? La ciencia nos dice que la pr\u00e1ctica de la actividad de pilates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aumenta la flexibilidad.
