La <strong>negociaci\u00f3n <em>Win to Win<\/em><\/strong> est\u00e1 enfocada a la obtenci\u00f3n de un fin tangible pero tambi\u00e9n emocional; \u201cuna parte de la negociaci\u00f3n aporta alg\u00fan factor beneficioso para las otras partes, debido a que esta parte tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1 un beneficio rec\u00edproco\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adquirir las habilidades necesarias para llevar a cabo un proceso <em>Win-Win <\/em>en situaciones l\u00edmite, es posible mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de un <strong><em>curso de Negociaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong>, que proporciona el aprendizaje para <strong>optimizar una colaboraci\u00f3n entre personas o empresas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un proceso de negociaci\u00f3n <em>Win-Win<\/em> es importante tratar todos aquellos intereses que, aunque no sean el objetivo principal, puedan servir para alcanzar soluciones. <strong>Para integrar una estrategia de negociaci\u00f3n <em>Win to Win<\/em>, es un punto clave transmitir toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria entre las partes participantes, con el fin de entender el origen del conflicto y trabajar sobre las necesidades de beneficio.&nbsp; <\/strong>Esta transparencia en la comunicaci\u00f3n debe ir acompa\u00f1ada de un clima tranquilo, que evite la discusi\u00f3n sobre el conflicto persistente, para que fluyan las propuestas de colaboraci\u00f3n de forma clara, teniendo en cuenta aquellos aspectos sobre los que no resultar\u00eda productivo volver a caer.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/euroinnova-international-online-education-cursos-56241-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-23505 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/proyecto-innotutor-euroinnova1.png\" alt=\"proyecto-innotutor-euroinnova1\" width=\"215\" height=\"115\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/proyecto-innotutor-euroinnova1.png 215w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/proyecto-innotutor-euroinnova1-80x43.png 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una negociaci\u00f3n que lleva a cabo esta filosof\u00eda incluye el plano emocional desde el momento en que las personas participantes interiorizan una actitud positiva que se ve traducida en satisfacci\u00f3n para todas las que participan.
