{"id":32675,"date":"2016-11-21T13:13:50","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T12:13:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/?p=32675"},"modified":"2016-11-21T13:13:50","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T12:13:50","slug":"acoso-laboral-mobbing-indirecto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/acoso-laboral-mobbing-indirecto\/","title":{"rendered":"El Acoso Laboral (\u201cMobbing\u201d) indirecto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frecuentemente, cuando se piensa en el acoso laboral, se lo relaciona con conductas directas que ponen en riesgo la salud f\u00edsica y ps\u00edquica de las v\u00edctimas (p.ej. acoso sexual por parte de un superior); si no existen signos evidentes de mobbing, los afectados\/as no se sienten con derecho a denunciar.<!--more--> Sin embargo, existen diversas tipolog\u00edas de acoso laboral, dentro de las cuales se incluyen una serie se respuestas indirectas o encubiertas, resumidas a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Ignorar:<\/strong> La persona es manifiestamente ignorada por sus compa\u00f1eros\/as de trabajo (hacer el vac\u00edo) o, cuando intenta expresarse, la interrumpen constantemente despreciando cualquier intento de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Mentir:<\/strong> se calumnia la vida personal y\/o el trabajo realizado por el individuo, con la clara intenci\u00f3n de perjudicarle a nivel an\u00edmico y\/o laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Supervisar:<\/strong>personas de un mismo rango o superior, examinan meticulosamente el desempe\u00f1o laboral de la v\u00edctima con la intenci\u00f3n de ponerla en evidencia o buscando cualquier m\u00ednimo error para acusarla de no cumplir con sus responsabilidades. Tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan poner en cuestionamiento el conocimiento profesional del acosado\/a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; <strong>Objetivos laborales:<\/strong> relacionada con la asignaci\u00f3n de las tareas en el trabajo. Acosar empleando como estrategias: cargar de responsabilidades irracionales a la v\u00edctima, cambiar sus horarios sin previo aviso, delegar tareas para las que se tiene conocimiento que no est\u00e1 preparada, etc.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/centro-formacion-psicologia-codex-cursos-16884-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-26683 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/codex.jpg\" alt=\"codex\" width=\"176\" height=\"117\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/codex.jpg 176w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/codex-80x53.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 176px) 100vw, 176px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este ambiente hostil puede llegar a provocar en el acosado\/a un aumento significativo del nivel de estr\u00e9s que puede derivar en un trastorno de ansiedad.
