Esos procesos incluyen desde la creaci\u00f3n de un producto o servicio hasta la fase de postventa.<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>\u201cPrimero hay que llamar su atenci\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s debemos enamorarlos y por \u00faltimo convertirlos en clientes\u201d<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Francesco Bocanelli<\/i><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pero no es solo eso. Porque todas ellas est\u00e1n incluidas en las 6 p\u2019s del marketing&nbsp;<em>(promoci\u00f3n, plaza, producto, precio, proceso, personal)<\/em>.
