En concreto, ver qu\u00e9 sucede cuando al\u00a0<strong>hueso<\/strong>\u00a0se le elimina el fosfato c\u00e1lcico que le confiere su dureza.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nuestras alumnas Nadia y Khadija, han elaborado el siguiente informe para explicarnos el fundamento, elaboraci\u00f3n y resultados de esta pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>DESCALCIFICACI\u00d3N DEL HUESO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El prop\u00f3sito de este experimento es observar los efectos del vinagre en los huesos. Los huesos que contienen calcio a menudo reaccionan de manera interesante al ser incubados\u00a0en vinagre. Este experimento puede demostrar el motivo por el cual es importante consumir suficiente calcio y lo que pasa cuando un hueso pierde cantidades significativas de calcio. En el experimento del calcio de los huesos de pollo, vamos a comprobar la funci\u00f3n del calcio en los huesos.<br \/>\n<strong>Fundamento te\u00f3rico:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 El ser humano est\u00e1 formado por multitud de compuestos que desempe\u00f1an una funci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica y vital para el mismo, por ejemplo el calcio posee funci\u00f3n estructural (dureza de los huesos).<br \/>\n\u2022 El calcio constituye 75% de la composici\u00f3n del hueso, la descalcificaci\u00f3n afecta a esta cifra convirtiendo al hueso en una especie como de goma suave y maleable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Materiales<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1) Dos huesos de pollo<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2) Recipiente en el que quepan los huesos de pollo, con tapa<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">3) Vinagre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Procedimiento<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAsegurarnos de que los huesos y frasco est\u00e9n limpios. Para ello con un bistur\u00ed se elimina el exceso de carne.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1019\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_1016\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_1016\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1016\" style=\"width: 159px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1016 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/DSC_1109-e1484477978658-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1016\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Nadia a\u00f1adiendo el vinagre al recipiente con los huesos<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Luego tomar el frasco de cristal y ll\u00e9nalo de vinagre e introducir el hueso de pollo lavado y seco, tapar luego de haber colocado el hueso en el frasco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En esta situaci\u00f3n se deja reposar durante una semana, tiempo en el que se cambiar\u00e1 el vinagre del interior del frasco al menos dos veces. Se puede notar que el olor antes de cambiarlo ya no es a vinagre, sino a algo diferente (al acetato de calcio generado en la reacci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Primeros 4 d\u00edas del experimento:<\/h3>\n<div id=\"attachment_1021\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1021 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/descalcificacion-del-hueso1.bmp\" alt=\"descalcificacion-del-hueso1\" width=\"215\" height=\"179\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Observamos c\u00f3mo el acetato\u00a0c\u00e1lcico se acumula en el fondo del recipiente<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Tras 8 d\u00edas de incubaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1020\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1020 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/descalcificacion-del-hueso2.bmp\" alt=\"descalcificacion-del-hueso2\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Aspecto de los huesos al finalizar el experimento. Aparentemente no se observan cambios en su aspecto<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Despu\u00e9s <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1017 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/DSC_1111-e1484478535259-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"dsc_1111\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" \/>de transcurrir los siete d\u00edas se saca el hueso del bote y se observar\u00e1 que \u00e9ste ha adquirido una consistencia gomosa, siendo f\u00e1cil doblarlo con dos dedos. Este fen\u00f3meno se debe a una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, en la que el \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico. Contenido en el vinagre forma junto con el calcio del hueso una sustancia nueva, el acetato de calcio.
