Normalmente es uno de los aspectos finales a los que se presta atenci\u00f3n a la hora de montar una empresa, ya sea peque\u00f1a o mediana. Tambi\u00e9n es uno de los primeros errores que se comenten. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 debes pensar primero en tu cliente y despu\u00e9s en tu producto o servicio?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Una empresa debe su existencia a sus clientes, ya sean los reales o los potenciales. Parece una f\u00f3rmula sencilla, pero a menudo es la m\u00e1s olvidada:<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRODUCTO\u00a0ADECUADO +\u00a0CLIENTE FELIZ = VENTAS &gt; CRECIMIENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para aquellos que est\u00e1n empezando o que quieran redefinir su negocio gastarse un dineral en investigaciones de mercado para conocer bien a tu cliente puede suponer un primer obst\u00e1culo a la hora de definir al que ser\u00eda tu `consumidor ideal\u00b4, es decir, aquel que comprar\u00e1 nuestro producto o contratar\u00e1 nuestro servicio, nos recomendar\u00e1 y adquiriremos con \u00e9l FIDELIDAD.<\/p>\n<div id=\"text-block-5\">\n<h2>Las 3 caracter\u00edsticas principales de nuestro cliente `ideal\u00b4:<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"firstItem\">Est\u00e1 satisfecho con el producto o servicio que le vendemos, porque cubrimos su necesidad o solucionamos su problema de forma personalizada<\/li>\n<li>Nos recomiendo como empresa, porque se siente satisfecho y escuchado<\/li>\n<li class=\"lastItem\">Es rentable, ya que es un cliente m\u00e1s fiel. Dif\u00edcilmente se cambiar\u00e1 de empresa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con esta definici\u00f3n, podemos adivinar que los estudios de mercado y target\u00a0te dar\u00e1n un perfil m\u00e1s anal\u00edtico que personal, por ejemplo, d\u00f3nde vive (situaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica), edad, nivel socio-econ\u00f3mico, etc. Estos datos pueden estar bien para realizar estad\u00edsticas, pero no te ayudar\u00e1n a entender qu\u00e9 es exactamente lo que busca y c\u00f3mo podr\u00eda evolucionar la relaci\u00f3n comercial con el consumidor final. Para eso, hay que interpretar.<\/p>\n<p>Para entend\u00e1is estos conceptos: puedes vender el mismo producto a una persona de 50 a\u00f1os casada, que a un soltero de 23. \u00bfY c\u00f3mo puede ser eso? Porque ambos comparten una necesidad, gusto o situaci\u00f3n personal. Aunque el mensaje var\u00ede dependiendo de cada perfil (el lenguaje puede ser m\u00e1s formal en un caso que en otro), podemos vender lo mismo a ambos, es decir, nosotros como empresa tenemos un producto o servicio `base\u00b4 que despu\u00e9s podemos adaptar a las necesidades de cada cliente, otorgando un VALOR a lo que hacemos y vendiendo una experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, hay que saber hacer las preguntas correctas a nuestro `cliente tipo\u00b4 para poder conectar con \u00e9l.
