La inmediatez de las redes sociales y la facilidad que estas nos proporcionan para <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dar nuestra opini\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ha hecho que todo el mundo se convierta en \u201cexperto\u201d. Pero el cr\u00edtico gastron\u00f3mico <\/span><b>no se hace en un d\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ni en dos y tiene que tener una serie de conocimientos para ofrecer <\/span><b>cr\u00edticas fundadas y bien argumentadas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Antes de hacer la primera cr\u00edtica, es esencial visitar muchos restaurantes de todo tipo, acudir a los mercados para conocer todos los productos y sus propiedades, estar al d\u00eda de las \u00faltimas tendencias en cocina, leer a otros cr\u00edticos (no solo culinarios) y <\/span><b>seguir aprendiendo de manera continuada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> porque para tener un buen criterio hace falta tiempo, experiencia y formaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo primero que se nos viene a la mente cuando hablamos de cocina es, sin duda, el cocinero. Quiz\u00e1 no sea necesario ser chef profesional para hacer cr\u00edtica, pero es imprescindible tener unos <\/span><b>buenos conocimientos de cocina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para saber argumentar las cr\u00edticas que hagas, porque no todo tiene que ver con el paladar y hay muchos factores objetivos a tener en cuenta (cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de aplicar cada t\u00e9cnica a cada alimento, c\u00f3mo se combinan, qu\u00e9 caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas son necesarias para aplicar una t\u00e9cnica concreta\u2026).
