Esta pr\u00e1ctica revolucionaria, desde principios del siglo XX, est\u00e1 basada en disciplinas como la gimnasia, la traumatolog\u00eda y el yoga.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La caracter\u00edstica principal del <em>pilates<\/em> es que est\u00e1 <strong>fundamentado en la fuerza<\/strong>. Las actividades f\u00edsicas realizadas con este m\u00e9todo son ejecutadas de forma breve, de modo que <strong>refuerzan la musculatura, incrementando el control, la fuerza y la flexibilidad del cuerpo<\/strong>, y respetando en todo momento articulaciones y espalda. Aunque la quema de calor\u00edas no es el principal objetivo del pilates, los ejercicios que abarca contribuyen a mantener un peso equilibrado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El perfil profesional de <strong><em>monitor de pilates<\/em><\/strong> transmite las pautas necesarias para lograr un control preciso del cuerpo de la manera m\u00e1s saludable y eficiente posible. Mediante los ejercicios guiados, se consigue reforzar los m\u00fasculos d\u00e9biles del cuerpo alargando los que est\u00e1n acortados, y su din\u00e1mica genera una <strong>armon\u00eda entre cuerpo y mente, <\/strong>creando conciencia sobre el equilibrio corporal y mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta pr\u00e1ctica puede realizarla cualquier persona que no tenga un antecedente reciente de operaci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica, as\u00ed como personas que presenten trastornos musculares u \u00f3seos, preexistentes o cr\u00f3nicos, o mujeres que no est\u00e9n embarazadas. No obstante, <strong>el pilateses especialmente recomendable para deportistas y personas en proceso de rehabilitaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poner en pr\u00e1ctica los ejercicios de pilates, bajo la instrucci\u00f3n oportuna, resulta sencillo. El material b\u00e1sico a utilizar se reduce a ropa c\u00f3moda y una colchoneta est\u00e1ndar, con la que amortiguar el peso y percibir las posturas adoptadas. Una ejecuci\u00f3n bien efectuada de los movimientos conlleva la respiraci\u00f3n como parte integral para coordinarlos, adem\u00e1s de ayudar a dirigir la energ\u00eda sobre cada zona trabajada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La alimentaci\u00f3n es otro de los aspectos que debe cuidarse paralelamente a la pr\u00e1ctica del pilates.<\/strong> Antes de realizar un ejercicio, es recomendable tomar frutos secos, yogur, leche desnatada o cereales integrales, debido a que almacenar\u00e1n energ\u00eda en los m\u00fasculos durante bastante tiempo. Los batidos de frutas pueden completar el proceso alimenticio, tras realizar los ejercicios, adem\u00e1s de los alimentos mencionados que tambi\u00e9n pueden cerrar el c\u00edrculo de rutina.
