recalcar es la importancia de practicar ejercicio f\u00edsico, el m\u00ednimo recomendado consiste en realizar 30 minutos de ejercicio moderado al menos 5 d\u00edas a la semana.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00bfparece f\u00e1cil verdad?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Muchos son los que se proponen esto todos los primeros de a\u00f1o y fracasan en el intento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por ello adem\u00e1s de la importancia que toma el ejercicio f\u00edsico para una vida saludable, no debemos olvidar la alimentaci\u00f3n, que deber\u00e1 de ser todav\u00eda m\u00e1s cuidadosa si llevamos una vida sedentaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Nutrici\u00f3n Comunitaria (SENC) y la Gu\u00eda Diet\u00e9tica para americanos recomienda no reducir la ingesta de nutrientes que precisa el organismo si se tiene una actividad baja o moderada, sino reducir las calor\u00edas, pero manteniendo el porcentaje de los nutrientes que el organismo necesita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Comer ensaladas diariamente ya sea en el almuerzo o en la cena, pues las ensaladas son una excelente fuente de sustancias nutritivas con bajo aporte de calor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Debemos evitar los productos procesados y tambi\u00e9n lo embutidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Condimentar de forma saludable, utilizar aceite de oliva virgen extra (con moderaci\u00f3n), grasa vegetal, zumo de lim\u00f3n, poca sal y todo tipo de hierbas frescas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pescados y carnes rojas o blancas, se deben comer unas 4 veces a las semanas siendo preferible el pescado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Legumbres dos veces por semana, ya que, igual que los vegetales las legumbres tiene un gran efecto de saciedad, pero adem\u00e1s aportan fibra y permite equilibrar el consumo de otros alimentos fundamentalmente ricos en hidratos de carbono, como pastas o arroz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fruta fresca para el postre la mejor elecci\u00f3n son las frutas que aportan pocas calor\u00edas y son nutritivas.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/instituto-newmind-cursos-1115397-centrodetalles.htm?sid=21&amp;pfichas=12168\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-39575
