Para ello disponen de una ayuda econ\u00f3mica, a trav\u00e9s de FUNDAE (antigua Fundaci\u00f3n Tripartita), que se hace efectiva mediante bonificaciones en las cotizaciones a la Seguridad Social.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada a\u00f1o todas las empresas tienen a su disposici\u00f3n un cr\u00e9dito calculado sobre las cuotas satisfechas a la Seguridad Social y la plantilla media del a\u00f1o anterior.
