{"id":55775,"date":"2022-08-09T13:21:00","date_gmt":"2022-08-09T11:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/?p=55775"},"modified":"2022-08-12T12:20:16","modified_gmt":"2022-08-12T10:20:16","slug":"ciclo-vida-cliente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/ciclo-vida-cliente\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Ciclo de Vida de un cliente?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cualquier empresa orientada al cliente debe establecer una relaci\u00f3n a largo plazo con sus clientes, y retenerlos el m\u00e1ximo tiempo posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan estrat\u00e9gico y t\u00e1ctico de los equipos de marketing debe estar enfocado encaptar clientes y, adem\u00e1s, mantenerlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coste de captaci\u00f3n de un nuevo cliente es superior al coste de manutenci\u00f3n del mismo, y por lo tanto, debemos tener una visi\u00f3n completa de todos los puntos de interacci\u00f3n del usuario con nuestra marca y definir los diferentes tipos de comunicaciones que desarrollaremos para construir y estrechar la relaci\u00f3n entre el cliente y nuestra marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada momento que tenemos para contactar con un usuario es un Momento de la Verdad, debido a esto es fundamental cuidar cada comunicaci\u00f3n que le enviamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/spain-business-school-cursos-96935-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"220\" height=\"147\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/SBS.png\" alt=\"SBS\" class=\"wp-image-24747\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/SBS.png 220w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/SBS-80x53.png 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 220px) 100vw, 220px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay 4 fases clave en esa relaci\u00f3n del posible cliente o cliente con nosotros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u>Fase de Adquisici\u00f3n<\/u>: aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n los potenciales clientes y es la fase donde el esfuerzo en inversi\u00f3n es mayor. El cuidado del contenido del email y el esfuerzo de marketing han de ser mayores para lograr activar la necesidad de querer adquirir un producto o servicio. En esta fase se crean un email de adquisici\u00f3n, seguido por uno de Bienvenida y de gracias por registrarse, participar, comentar, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u>Fase de Conversi\u00f3n<\/u>: en esta fase se encuentran los posibles clientes que est\u00e1n a punto en convertirse en clientes. El contenido del email y las acciones de marketing est\u00e1n orientadas a la venta. Se crea un email de contenido sobre el producto o servicio con claros \u201c<em>calltoaction\u201d<\/em> (CTA) para convertir en ventas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u>Fase de Crecimiento<\/u>: ya son clientes y se empieza a construir una relaci\u00f3n con ellos. El objetivo principal es el de incrementar el valor de la venta y obtener un mayor ROI (\u201c<em>returnoninvestment\u201d<\/em>). Adem\u00e1s, es una fase de conocimiento de nuestros clientes, entender su comportamiento y segmentarlos para saber cu\u00e1l es el potencial real de cada uno de ellos y en base a esto dise\u00f1ar acciones de comunicaci\u00f3n para cada tipo. Desarrollamos un email para conocer m\u00e1s a nuestros clientes solicit\u00e1ndoles m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre ellos y as\u00ed enriquecer los perfiles.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u>Fase de Retenci\u00f3n<\/u>: en esta fase buscamos estrechar los lazos con los clientes activos que son ahora clientes <em>fidelizados<\/em>, clientes que tienen un alto valor por su alto consumo. Se hacen emails de satisfacci\u00f3n del producto o servicio, y se complementa con emails que premien la fidelidad de los usuarios con la marca.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><u>Fase de reactivaci\u00f3n<\/u>: vamos a la reconquista de los usuarios que fueron nuestros clientes, siendo el principal objetivo volver a generar valor al cliente mediante acciones de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n que sean de su inter\u00e9s. Es primordial identificar a los usuarios que fueron nuestros clientes y a trav\u00e9s del email hacer acciones que seduzcan a los que fueron clientes que les incentiven a volver a comprar el producto o servicio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen m\u00faltiples t\u00e9cnicas para captar y fidelizar clientes, el email marketing es solo una de ellas.
