{"id":64557,"date":"2018-05-30T15:16:22","date_gmt":"2018-05-30T13:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/?p=64557"},"modified":"2021-06-15T09:16:08","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T07:16:08","slug":"ninos-tablet-no","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/ninos-tablet-no\/","title":{"rendered":"Ni\u00f1os con tablet, \u00bfs\u00ed o no?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Casi seis a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de su llegada a los hogares, los padres siguen sin encontrar en el manual de instrucciones de las tablets una advertencia con las dosis id\u00f3neas para los ni\u00f1os y, dependen, b\u00e1sicamente de las recomendaciones de pediatras o \u201cpseudo-enterados\u201d en internet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Hay <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/cursos-pediatria-tematica-612.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pediatras<\/a>, como <\/span><b>Eduardo Vara<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -\u00fanico en Espa\u00f1a con un art\u00edculo publicado en una revista cient\u00edfica sobre el abuso de las pantallas-, partidarios de abordar el asunto en las consultas. \u00abMuchos ya lo hacemos. <\/span><b>Podr\u00eda hablarse de una dieta tecnol\u00f3gica progresiva y adaptada a los ni\u00f1os seg\u00fan su edad\u00bb,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> explica. En cualquier caso, a\u00f1ade, pretender que los ni\u00f1os vivan al margen de esta tecnolog\u00eda \u00abser\u00eda absurdo\u00bb. Y es que a la larga, todos sabemos que las van a terminar usando en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jes\u00fas Garrido, pediatra en Granada, detr\u00e1s de unos de los blogs m\u00e1s le\u00eddos sobre Pediatr\u00eda &#8211;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mi pediatra online<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-relativiza las preocupaciones sobre el abuso de las tablets. <\/span><b>Garrido reconoce que pueden ser adictivos y recomienda, por tanto, limitar su acceso a los ni\u00f1os.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Y que den ejemplo. \u00abSi un beb\u00e9, desde que nace, est\u00e1 viendo a sus padres con el m\u00f3vil, en cuanto pueda \u00e9l har\u00e1 lo mismo\u00bb, explica el pediatra, que ya recibe en consulta a ni\u00f1os con dolor de espalda, de mano y de cabeza por jugar demasiado con estos dispositivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Por ahora, los expertos (y los padres) tienen m\u00e1s preguntas que respuestas en lo que concierne a m\u00f3viles y tablets. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El que lo ten\u00eda claro era Steve Jobs: no dejaba a sus hijos tener iPad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LA DIETA DIGITAL PARA NI\u00d1OS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes de los dos a\u00f1os: nada de pantallas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De 2 a 5 a\u00f1os: media hora para los peque\u00f1os y una para los grandes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De 7 a 12 a\u00f1os: una hora (y con los padres). Nunca en las comidas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De 12 a 15 a\u00f1os: una hora y media. Con vigilancia en las redes sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de 16 a\u00f1os: dos horas.
