Si la Ley de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/landing\/index?q=Liderazgo&amp;pfichas=1627\">Liderazgo<\/a> nos <!--more-->indicaba la seguridad de nuestra empresa o producto si\u00a0\u00e9ramos los primeros en el mercado, era porque autom\u00e1ticamente ser\u00edamos los primeros en la mente del consumidor, por eso empresas como <em>Altari<\/em> (precursor de la computadora personal), <em>DuMont Television Network<\/em> (primera cadena de televisi\u00f3n netamente comercial en el mundo) o <em>Hurley Inc.<\/em> (lanz\u00f3 la primera lavadora) no supieron sacar provecho de su iniciativa ya no existen o no\u00a0tienen la posici\u00f3n en su mercado que deber\u00edan tener.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La Ley de la Mente o Ley de la Percepci\u00f3n afirma que es m\u00e1s importante ser el primero en la mente que el primero en el punto de venta, dando gran protagonismo al conocimiento de marca o mindshare.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La mente del ser humano es muy compleja e inamovible, por dicha circunstancia, en el momento que una idea o concepto se nos graba en el cerebro, es muy dif\u00edcil, aparte de costoso, tratar de cambiarla o variarla.<\/p>\n<p>Multitud de compa\u00f1\u00edas han intentado variar la percepci\u00f3n de su target o del potencial, invirtiendo cientos de miles de euros en campa\u00f1as de marketing, que lo \u00fanico que han logrado ha sido confundir a su actual clientela, casos como el intento de<em> Xerox<\/em> por entrar en el mercado de los ordenadores personales o de la ginebra<em> Larios 12<\/em> por ser considerada marca premium corroboran lo peligroso que es intentar romper la Ley de la Mente.<\/p>\n<p>Otro concepto que se puede desprender de esta ley del marketing es que <strong>lo realmente importante no es el producto en s\u00ed, sino la percepci\u00f3n que se tiene de \u00e9ste,<\/strong> si por ejemplo a un personaje de cierto renombre se le ve consumir un producto en particular, dicho producto autom\u00e1ticamente aumentar\u00e1 su calidad percibida o su estatus dentro de su mercado teniendo unas ventas superiores sin haber variado su calidad real e incluso habiendo aumentado el precio.<\/p>\n<p>Un claro ejemplo de esto \u00faltimo es el acuerdo firmado por la cerveza holandesa <em>Heineken<\/em> y la productora de la saga de cine de James Bond.
