Estos dos gigantes americanos implantaron en nuestro pa\u00eds un negocio basado en la rapidez y en ofrecer el producto barato.\u00a0 As\u00ed naci\u00f3 el concepto de fastfood que conocemos en la actualidad. Tras la llegada de estas dos cadenas, el modelo de negocio no tard\u00f3 en arraigar en nuestro territorio. A \u00e9l se unieron varias cadenas y franquicias. Hoy en d\u00eda, casi todas las ciudades espa\u00f1olas cuentan con alg\u00fan restaurante de este modelo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como result\u00f3 ser una forma de negocio rentable, a finales de siglo las cadenas de fastfood empezaron a multiplicarse. Paralelmente, en pa\u00edses con una gran implantaci\u00f3n de este tipo de negocios, la sociedad ha integrado este servicio en su dieta habitual. Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, KFC o Subway son algunos de los otros nombres que m\u00e1s suenan a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la \u00e9poca de los a\u00f1os 90, comenzaron a emerger grupos cr\u00edticos con la calidad y con la composici\u00f3n nutricional de los productos de estos restaurantes. Y no iban muy equivocados, una gran cantidad de az\u00facares, sal y grasas saturadas. Adem\u00e1s, uno de los corrientes que m\u00e1s ha contribuido a ello ha sido la corriente slowfood. Un movimiento que fue creado tras la inauguraci\u00f3n de un local de Mc Donald\u2019s en la ciudad de Roma, Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El movimiento que defiende el slowfood es contrario al fastfood. Generalmente, los seguidores de este corriente gastron\u00f3mico defienden los productos saludables, naturales y de proximidad. As\u00ed, los ingredientes de la comida slowfood suelen ser de calidad y se basan en recetas locales. Los precios suelen ser justos y su ingesta debe ser lenta. Esta tendencia gastron\u00f3mica se podr\u00eda definir como sostenible y defiende a los peque\u00f1os productores, salvaguardando el patrimonio alimentario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FastFood y Slowfood, \u00bfincompatibles?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No toda la comida \u201cr\u00e1pida\u201d como las pizzas o las hamburguesas, tienen que ser necesariamente comida basura. De hecho, cada vez son m\u00e1s los restaurantes que eligen servir estos platos con tanto valor nutritivo y los basan en ingredientes de calidad. As\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n hay que destacar que las cadenas de comida r\u00e1pida tambi\u00e9n buscan desvincularse del t\u00e9rmino \u201ccomida basura\u201d. Para conseguirlo, han introducido en sus cartas ensaladas y productos menos cal\u00f3ricos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, no hace mucho tiempo que han empezado a nacer los locales de restauraci\u00f3n que combinan fastfood y slowfood. Estas dos tendencias culinarias se han empezado a mezclar y ya se pueden encontrar restaurantes de comida r\u00e1pida que ofrecen productos de proximidad y saludables, incluso men\u00fas vegetarianos o veganos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por eso, si te preguntas si estas dos corrientes son incompatibles o contrarias, la respuesta es las dos.
