{"id":7645,"date":"2013-08-02T09:00:07","date_gmt":"2013-08-02T07:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.emagister.com\/?p=7593"},"modified":"2021-05-21T12:24:22","modified_gmt":"2021-05-21T10:24:22","slug":"marketing-la-ley-de-la-exclusividad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/marketing-la-ley-de-la-exclusividad\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing: la ley de la exclusividad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un conejo que vende pilas y el slogan \u201cyes, we can\u201d tienen sus propietarios, no intentemos cambiarlos.&nbsp;Si algo nos ha ense\u00f1ado en marketing la Ley de la Mente o la Ley de la Concentraci\u00f3n, <!--more-->es que cuando una idea o concepto entra en la mente del consumidor, lo mejor que se puede hacer es no luchar contra ello.<\/p>\n<p>Imposible, es el concepto que viene a la mente a cientos de profesionales del marketing a la hora de intentar cambiar una idea en la mente del consumidor, algunos piensan que con grandes y costosas campa\u00f1as de publicidad es posible que a lo largo de los a\u00f1os cambie la citada imagen de una empresa, \u00bfy es cierto? NO.<\/p>\n<p>En caso afirmativo y despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de lucha entre Energizer y Duracell, cada vez que quisi\u00e9ramos recordar que marca de bater\u00eda o pila tiene m\u00e1s durabilidad, nos vendr\u00eda a la cabeza Energizer y eso no ocurre, por el contrario siempre que pensemos en las pilas Duracell, nos vendr\u00e1 a la cabeza tanto el atributo durabilidad como la imagen del simp\u00e1tico conejito que protagoniza sus anuncios, a pesar que Energizer cuenta con su propio conejo publicitario.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque sea muy b\u00e1sico saber que cuando una marca se ha apoderado de una palabra, firmas como Energizer siguen intentando desplazar a su competidor de la mente de los consumidores. En este caso en especial, puede responder a que el \u00fanico atributo que existe para las pilas es la durabilidad y cuando se lo ha apropiado la competencia, lo \u00fanico que se puede hacer es luchar por ese atributo.<\/p>\n<p>En algunos casos, ser el propietario de una palabra resulta un inconveniente m\u00e1s que un beneficio, el caso de nuestro pa\u00eds y el popular concepto de la Marca Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 resultando m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de lo pensado en un inicio a causa que conceptos como fiesta, sol, playa van asociados a Espa\u00f1a como lo puede ser el concepto rigidez para Alemania, falsificaci\u00f3n para China o moda para Italia.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso en pol\u00edtica no es posible llevar el mismo concepto dos pol\u00edticos diferentes como se pudo ver en las \u00faltimas elecciones de Estados Unidos entre Barack Obama y Mitt Romney. El candidato republicano intent\u00f3 hacer suya la palabra cambio, concepto que le vali\u00f3 a Obama su elecci\u00f3n en 2008 y que junto al archifamoso \u201cYes, we can\u201d le catapult\u00f3 a la Casa Blanca.
