M\u00e1s 770 millones de direcciones de correo electr\u00f3nico han quedado al descubierto, a trav\u00e9s de una lista denominada\u00a0Collection #1,<\/strong>\u00a0que fue publicada en foros de piratas inform\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n

Esta revelaci\u00f3n, conocida como la mayor filtraci\u00f3n de la historia, fue divulgada por el experto en seguridad web\u00a0Troy Hunt, quien advirti\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0un art\u00edculo publicado en su blog<\/strong>, que un total de 772,904,991 cuentas de correo electr\u00f3nico se vieron afectadas, en las que han quedado expuestos cerca de 2,700 millones de datos relativos a estas cuentas.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con Hunt, dicha lista estaba alojada en el servicio de archivos en la nube MEGA (ahora eliminado del servicio) y repartida en m\u00e1s de 12,000 archivos separados con un peso total de 87GB.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Esta base de datos se comparti\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de foros utilizados por hackers, sin embargo, las cuentas vulneradas ya fueron a\u00f1adidas a la p\u00e1gina web\u00a0Have I Been Pwned<\/strong>, que recoge las principales fugas de datos y donde\u00a0todos los usuarios pueden comprobar si sus contrase\u00f1as han sido robadas.<\/p>\n
