Con b\u00e1sica me refiero a que ha sido, es y ser\u00e1 una emoci\u00f3n que siempre va a estar en nuestro repertorio emocional. La tristeza nos provoca un descenso de actividad, desmotivaci\u00f3n, y aumento ligero de la actividad cardiaca y neurol\u00f3gica. La tristeza por lo tanto permite la reflexi\u00f3n,\u00a0 el an\u00e1lisis y el encuentro con uno mismo, nos sirve para ahorra energ\u00eda y descansar tras mucho desgaste. Adem\u00e1s la expresi\u00f3n de la tristeza tiene la funci\u00f3n de pedir consuelo y apoyo a los seres queridos.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que hay d\u00edas, y temporadas, en las que la tristeza va a estar en tu vida.<\/p>\n<h2>Te damos unos sencillos tips para que en esos d\u00edas puedas gestionar la tristeza:<\/h2>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Recuerda que <strong>el objetivo no es eliminar el malesta<\/strong>r generado por la emoci\u00f3n, sino saber manejar dicha emoci\u00f3n para que no sea tan intensa y duradera.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>No busques el \u201c por qu\u00e9\u201d<\/strong>: no vayas a buscar aquello por lo que est\u00e1s o podr\u00edas estar triste. S\u00f3lo conseguir\u00e1s entrar en un bucle sin respuestas y que cosas sin importancia empiecen a tener una carga pesada irreal que no har\u00e1 m\u00e1s que aumentar tu tristeza.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>No pienses en \u201c c\u00f3mo deber\u00edas o no estar\u201d<\/strong>: no s\u00e9 si deber\u00edas o no estar triste, s\u00f3lo s\u00e9 que hoy est\u00e1s triste. La tiran\u00eda de los deber\u00edas no nos permite estar en el presente. Aunque el presente sea dif\u00edcil, estar en \u00e9l y aceptarlo es lo \u00fanico que nos permitir\u00e1 construir\/reconstruir. No se construye nada sobre algo que ya no est\u00e1 ( el pasado) ni sobre aquello vol\u00e1til ( el futuro).<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong> Perm\u00edtete estar triste<\/strong>: As\u00ed sin m\u00e1s. El objetivo es emprender una accio?n para cuidarte si te sientes desanimado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong> Practica Mindfulness<\/strong>: Mindfulness es la capacidad de estar en el presente de forma voluntaria y sin emitir juicios ni cr\u00edticas.
