Hoy hablaremos de la log\u00edstica y sobre c\u00f3mo la revoluci\u00f3n digital ha permitido el desarrollo de nuevos sistemas que facilitan y agilizan las transacciones. Surge, de este modo, el\u00a0<strong>EDI<\/strong>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n conocido como <strong>Intercambio Electr\u00f3nico de Datos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se aplica el EDI?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El principal uso del <strong>EDI<\/strong>\u00a0recae en c\u00f3mo agilizar el env\u00edo de documentos. Tiempo atr\u00e1s, este tipo de expedici\u00f3n de datos se hac\u00eda manualmente y por empresas de mensajer\u00eda, lo que provocaba el extrav\u00edo de documentaci\u00f3n y el fallo en la comunicaci\u00f3n de emisores y receptores.\u00a0Para reparar estas cuestiones, fue necesario desarrollar un m\u00e9todo que fuera com\u00fan a diferentes sistemas inform\u00e1ticos y que permitir\u00eda automatizar los procesos y ser mucho m\u00e1s productivo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mejoras trajo aparejado para\u00a0la log\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El campo log\u00edstico ha ganado muchas ventajas gracias a este sistema. Aqu\u00ed te enumeramos algunas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Proveedores<\/strong>: las relaciones entre el suministrador y comprador han mejorado sustancialmente. Se han disminuido los retrasos producidos por la interpretaci\u00f3n de los datos de los pedido y su registro en el sistema<\/li>\n<li><strong>Albaranes:<\/strong> el EDI permite comprobar si el pedido se corresponde con la demanda de manera f\u00e1cil. As\u00ed que estas transacciones tan comunes se pueden simplificar y automatizar para evitar errores<\/li>\n<li><strong>Facturas:<\/strong> La automatizaci\u00f3n de estos cargos es otro de los platos fuertes de este sistema. Estas facturas se emiten bajo unos est\u00e1ndares comunes y permite verif\u00edcalas de manera sencilla.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Normativa:<\/strong> Esta homogeneizaci\u00f3n surgida del EDI garantiza la reglamentaci\u00f3n de todos los datos y as\u00ed se eviten las sanciones pertinentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitamos para hacer EDI?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El EDI se divide en diferentes cuestiones que tienen una mayor o menor importancia seg\u00fan el pa\u00eds en el que nos encontremos. No obstante, en ellas participan, al menos, dos principales:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/ielogis-cursos-1148685-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-84328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/m.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"147\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/m.jpg 220w, https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/m-80x53.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 220px) 100vw, 220px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Lenguaje Est\u00e1ndar:<\/strong> para homogeneizar estas transacciones es necesario que todas las partes utilicen el mismo lenguaje. Para ello es imprescindible que esos dos agentes tengan un software homologado que traduzca a esta lengua de programaci\u00f3n \u201ccom\u00fan\u201d<\/li>\n<li><strong>Red de comunicaciones<\/strong>: Estos env\u00edos se realizan a trav\u00e9s de una red de comunicaci\u00f3n privada. Las m\u00e1s utilizadas son las VAN o redes de valor a\u00f1adido.
