Est\u00e1n formadas por aguardientes, zumos de frutas, soda, jarabes, agua con gas y otros ingredientes similares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Normalmente llevan mucha bebida y mucho hielo. Se sirven fr\u00edas, en vasos altos y, generalmente, ce\u00f1idos. La batidora pasa a ser, en consonancia, un aparato b\u00e1sico en sus disposiciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas bebidas son, por lo tanto, un tipo de combinados que se sirven alargados. Fue cuando la Ley Seca hizo que solo pudieran utilizarse, a menudo, bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas de contrabando y, por ello, de p\u00e9sima calidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezclar esas\u00a0bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas con frutas y bebidas que no lo eran, acced\u00eda disimular el escaso gusto de las primeras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repercusi\u00f3n de los long drinks en los combinados actuales<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque el per\u00edodo de introducci\u00f3n en\u00a0la historia de los elementos derivados de la cocteler\u00eda es de muchos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, es cierto que sigue teniendo apasionados seguidores\u00a0y devotos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La existencia de los combinados se relaciona con los eventos y fiestas especiales, con un nivel de clase alto que supera\u00a0los combinados r\u00e1pidos de siempre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen pruebas y manifestaciones de cocteler\u00eda que, a menudo, focalizan en los de trago largo, quiz\u00e1s por la mayor sensacionalidad que acompa\u00f1a a este tipo de compuestos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clasificaci\u00f3n coctelera<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anteriormente se ha mostrado la clasificaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de los combinados, que diferencia entre\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">short drinks, hot drinks<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0y\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">long drinks<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. La regla utilizada para establecerla es doble: cantidad y temperatura.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dentro de cada uno de estos conceptos, resulta mucho m\u00e1s entendible y concreta la diferenciaci\u00f3n que aparece a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cobbler<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son bebidas refrigerantes y propias de la \u00e9poca veraniega. Suelen tener vino, normalmente de Jerez u Oporto, y se completan con agua, az\u00facar y alg\u00fan\u00a0destilado. Presentados con detalles de fruta fresca, se sirven como trago largo\u00a0con gran cantidad de granizo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collins<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Igual que el anterior, tambi\u00e9n son tragos duraderos y refrescantes, pero se crean con jugo natural de lim\u00f3n, un destilado, az\u00facar y soda. Se presentan en un vaso tipo Collins (de ah\u00ed el nombre) y se decoran con una cereza y un pedazo del c\u00edtrico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooler<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se hace en la coctelera y, como base, tienen un destilado, az\u00facar y zumo de lim\u00f3n. Para hacerlos m\u00e1s duraderos, se suele escoger entre champ\u00e1n,\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ginger ale<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0o sidra.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cup<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son muy habituales en c\u00f3cteles sociales, ya que se preparan en una ponchera y se van sirviendo a cucharones. En la base suelen tener az\u00facar, fruta fresca a trozos, agua\u00a0carbonatada, vino espumoso y, si se desea, licor. Es, recapitulando, un cobbler con vino espumoso a\u00f1adido.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daisy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La composici\u00f3n de soda, zumo de lim\u00f3n, granadina y destilado apareci\u00f3\u00a0en torno a 1870 en Estados Unidos. Ocasionalmente se sirven en vaso largo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fizz<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son muy parecidos a los\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collins<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con los que tienen ingredientes en com\u00fan. Su diferenciaci\u00f3n es que se mezclan en coctelera (por lo que se presenta sin hielo en el vaso), no tienen decoraci\u00f3n y usan un vaso menor. Ocasionalmente, puede a\u00f1ad\u00edrseles hielo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flip<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vino de Jerez y Oporto, az\u00facar y yema de huevo forman su base. A veces incluyen nuez moscada,\u00a0se sirven en vaso corto y, curiosamente,\u00a0van bien para evitar la resaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Julep<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Norteamericanos y servidos en tazas de metal, incluyen destilado (b\u00e1sicamente whisky), menta fresca y az\u00facar. Uno de los instrumentos imprescindibles de la cocteler\u00eda, el colador julep, se llama as\u00ed precisamente por ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ponche o\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">punch<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son bebidas para repartir que se preparan en grandes cantidades y se ponen en poncheras de las que los propios consumidores se sirven. Introducen agua, especias, destilado, \u00e1cido y endulzante.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sling<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proviene de \u00c1sia y se prepara en coctelera, incorpora soda, destilado y zumo de lim\u00f3n, ocasionalmente con un toque de cherry brandy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sour<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son tragos cortos que tienen por una parte de zumo de lim\u00f3n, otra de az\u00facar y dos del destilado elegido.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toddies<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se quiere saborear un\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hot drink<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0de trago largo, son una buena alternativa que suele llevar ginebra, ron o whisky con az\u00facar, especias, c\u00edtricos y agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<div
