      Lo mejor: You work as if you're already working in an agency. You get to experience the hand off process and experience interdepartmental dynamics. It's everything you want to see everyone succeed, so you gain some priceless relationships. It'srelatively small teams means there's no room for slackers and everyone learns fast together.
