Building the right environment for intrapreneurial success is complex - intrapreneurship is transformational and, for this to succeed, you need to have the right kind of framework in place - we need to build intrapreneur ecosystems.
Why do such companies as Apple, Facebook, Barclays and Google reap the rewards from their intrapreneur programs whilst others wither and die? Fundamentally, they have powerful intrapreneur ecosystems.

Facilitated by former CEOs, Directors and Leadership experts, all of our workshops are outcome / output-driven and include. Whilst we tend to deliver our workshops in English, many of our facilitators are multilingual (including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, and Mandarin). This workshops includes a psychology profile, and accessing Eskil's proprietary Intrapreneur Ecosystem as well as gives you specific outputs including the corporate entrepreneur framework and how to identify your intrapreneurs.
