In this exciting and dynamic course, you will get Foundation level knowledge to the entire ITIL service lifecycle and detailed knowledge around the operational processes covered in the Service Operation lifecycle. Using an engaging case study but also using practical or your own company examples, you’ll learn the overall framework of ITIL and the core disciplines of the 5 processes within Service Operation, which will help you to manage those operational processes and to control the underlying IT infrastructure. What are the course objectives?

The course aims to enable understudies to:

1. Prepare in 5 days for, and have the possibility to pass two official Axelos exams, receive the certificates (ITIL Foundation and Operational Support and Analysis) and become registered in the official Axelos Successful Candidates Register
2. Deeper understanding of the ITIL service lifecycle and have a better understanding how to manage the everyday operation of IT services and gain a better understanding of how to implement the ITIL processes that will enable
them to deliver and support services to customers.
3. Bring in your own practical cases in order to create a possibility to discuss improvements during the training
4. The confidence of understanding how best to implement and improve a service desk or the operational processes
5. Take yourself to the next level of understanding and be seen as a mentor and leader in the field of, for example,
the service desk
