The Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development (Part Time) provides a strategic vision of human capital and in-depth knowledge in key areas such as labor relations, talent attraction and management, financial analysis and metrics, compensation and benefits, management projects and latest trends in training and development.

The program familiarizes you with the technological trends in the 4.0 company and focuses on the development of fundamental managerial skills such as leadership, negotiation and communication.

Through the Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development (Part Time) at EAE Business School Madrid, you gain in-depth knowledge of the new business paradigm, including the use of data for decision-making, fostering innovation, promoting organizational flexibility, intrapreneurship, social circular economy models and agile project management structures from the perspective of Human Resources. The admission requirements for the Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development are the following: Have a university degree in areas such as Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, preferably at the Bachelor, Diploma or Degree level. In the case of having a higher degree, it is required to have at least two years of professional experience in the business field.
