The Master Product Design didactic structure has been realized considering the various aspects make the Product Designer a complete figure. To design a project and prepare it for industrial production, it means to keep in mind, besides the strictly technical and technological aspects, the social enjoyment of the product with a user centered approach.

This implies the ability to analyze many of the factors involved in the project: target and market needs, materials and technologies, color and finishing, without neglecting the look of creativity.
The Master is divided into several learning areas to acquire a working method and comparison with the realization of projects of increasing complexity usingall the lessons learned.

The main subjects studied during the Master Product Design are: material technology, design methods, ergonomics, technical drawing, survey and modeling. The technical design is dealt with both in free-hand as well as using AutoCAD and later for 3D design, Solidworks (a software used in industrial prototyping and design). Classroom lessons are alternated with visits to production and design companies to enable the student to immediately understand the complex industrial production chain.

There are many opportunities for professional integration that the course offers: companies with their own product development research centers, design and design studios, freelancers for project consulting. The NAD New Design Academy& Certificate of Professional Competence will improve the voice of the Curriculum Vitae dedicated to "personal skills" and "attestations and certifications"and will enable the inclusion in the world of work with a full and highly sought-after specialization.
