Learn how to generate optimal solutions in an integral way in all the stages of a structural project. To provide the student with the necessary skills and tools to become a structural engineer with a global vision of the projects. To acquire an integral knowledge of the typologies of buildings, warehouses, foundations, bridges, maritime works and other types of structures. To analyze current international regulations and sustainability criteria applicable to structural projects. Optimize the resources used and optimize the costs of the final project budget.

BLOCK 1: Building Structural Projects
The process of the structural conception of the buildings will be discussed. You will start with the statement of the problem and the development of criteria for the material selection and the structural typology; continuing by exposing the various actions that affect the structure.
In addition, students will be instructed in the structural foundations of design and calculation with the most common materials, such as steel, concrete, prefabricated components or masonry. The program will also deepen the review of the requirements, constraints and safety standards of various regulations. Finally, the acquired knowledge will be reinforced with the presentation of projects and real cases.

BLOCK 2: Special Structural Projects
Geotechnical projects, seismic structures and more frequent civil infrastructure will be addressed, as well as bridge projects, tanks, silos and harbor works, all of them with a practical approach, taught from the perspective of professionals with unquestionable experience in large companies.
BLOCK 3: Management of Structural Projects
The fundamental aspects of management, construction, sustainability and the application of the BIM methodology to structures will be covered. In addition, being the final phase of the project, it will serve to encompass the concepts and procedures acquired during the course of the Master.
BLOCK 4: Master's Final Thesis
The Master's Final Thesis is a project developed throughout the program.
The student must work on a practical case, applying the technical competences and procedures acquired during the training. The participant will select one of the practical cases proposed by the teachers within the following categories:
