The workshop is fast, intensive and absorbing. Our key goal is to give students the tools, the mindset and the support they need to work in the real world. By the end of the workshop, students will have evolved professionally, worked with a professional Casting Director, and have professional acting experience.

Belgian theatrical talent agent and filmmaker, Giovanni Smets leads this 2 days Casting workshop. The professional relationship between a casting director and talent agent is crucial in an actor’s career. Yet both professions entail very different tasks. In this course you’ll discover exactly how to find an agent and secure a role along the way. You will learn the do’s and don’ts of castings, how to present yourself and branding your image, how to obtain representation, the way to attack monologues and casting sides and more importantly, how to be prepared when being invited for an interview or meeting through casting simulations.
