¿Por qué Advantere?
El padre Arrupe, ex general de la Compañía de Jesús, solía decir:
“Me asusta que podamos dar respuestas de ayer a los problemas de hoy”.
Con ese espíritu y esa razón nació Advantere.
Partiendo de la solidez y el prestigio de las instituciones que la respaldan, su propósito es repensar y definir la gestión y la formación de los líderes que las organizaciones y la sociedad necesitan hoy y mañana. Su propósito es acompañar a jóvenes y profesionales en su desarrollo como individuos y como las mejores personas para los demás y para el mundo. Un mundo radicalmente diferente al que conocemos, en el que el cambio supera la capacidad humana de adaptación, con nuevas reglas aún por escribir, un mundo en el que todos debemos comprometernos necesariamente a hacerlo más justo, más sostenible e incluso a regenerarlo.
Sobre el centro
Advantere es una escuela de gestión con plena autonomía que, en el marco de las instituciones de la Compañía de Jesús, nació con el apoyo de tres instituciones de referencia: la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas y la Universidad de Deusto como instituciones promotoras, y la Universidad de Georgetown como socio académico estratégico. Las tres instituciones guían y asesoran el desarrollo académico de Advantere.
