The venue was very nice and we were presented with a delegate pack that I can honestly say I have NEVER seen before. Before we even began the first session on what makes leader authenticity, I realised that this WAS different. Eskil facilitated a host of sessions for 120 of our retail sales employees at various levels and did an outstanding job of it. The feedback was excellent to the amount of effort gone in to design and customize the program and linking it to our business goals. Their ability to translate complex concepts into simple to understand methodologies was the biggest asset. I would recommend them for any sales and business development programs.

I was worried that four days talking about strategy was going to be a problem. But I was wrong. The fact that there were so many exercises meant that there was a great mix of theory and activity and then it was all tied back into what I was doing at work. Of all the workshops and training programs I’ve been on, this one was a real standout.
