The main goal of the specialization course Spin-off and start-up companies creation is to provide knowledge, tools and skills to have a comprehensive strategic vision and to know all the necessary elements to create a competitive technology-based company.

02- Understand the legal issues related to the creation of a spin-off/start-up.
03- Analyze the scientific and industrial situation at national and international level of the health system and to compare technological advances with the solution offered in relation to clinical and market needs.
04- Structure a business plan and a financial plan.
05- Design competitive strategies to create or participate in spin-off and start-up companies.
06- Present an entrepreneurial project in a clear and effective way.
Degree in health, biosciences, engineering or business.
