The venue was very nice and we were presented with a delegate pack that I can honestly say I have NEVER seen before. Before we even began the first session on what makes leader authenticity, I realised that this WAS different. The assessments, and exercises (not forgetting the games!) made this a fantastic experience. Yes, I finally said it was an experience!

Eskil facilitated a host of sessions for 120 of our retail sales employees at various levels and did an outstanding job of it. The feedback was excellent to the amount of effort gone in to design and customize the program and linking it to our business goals. Their ability to translate complex concepts into simple to understand methodologies was the biggest asset. I would recommend them for any sales and business development programs.

I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception.
