El Doctorado en Software, Sistemas y Computación (DSSC) abarca las bases científicas y tecnológicas de desarrollo de sistemas informáticos así como la relación y aplicación de sistemas informáticos en la resolución de problemas en otras ciencias e ingenierías.

El Programa de Doctorado del Departamento de Construcción y Tecnología Arquitectónicas lleva impartiéndose desde la creación de la estructura departamental en 1987. En este tiempo han cursado más de 1000 alumnos, leyéndose 92 tesis desde el curso académico 92-93.
