The general objective of the specialization in Food and Beverage Management is to provide you with specialized training, with a global and multidisciplinary vision of restaurant companies and new gastronomic businesses.

The Master's programme focuses on 4 profiles:

- Executives and professionals in management positions: Nowadays, professionals in the sector need to update their knowledge and professional skills. They must be up-to-date with the latest trends and tools.

- Entrepreneurs and restaurant owners: Entrepreneurs and owners who want to know the ins and outs of managing and running gastronomic businesses.

- Entrepreneurs: People with initiative interested in undertaking and developing projects in this sector. They want to know the keys to business success, understand the risks involved, and gain a deeper understanding of business management and administration.

- University graduates: People with a university degree and a minimum of two years' experience who want to improve their career and broaden their professional contacts in the catering sector.

Candidates will be able to access this programme from any degree linked to the branches of knowledge of the social sciences and humanities, especially those derived from previous diploma and degree courses in the adaptation to the EHEA.

Official Bachelor Degree of the University of Barcelona: University Master's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Code 4311520 of the Universities, Centers and Degrees (RUCT) Registry of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of the Government of Spain.
